BBC HD channel distortions that are getting worse

I'm getting BBC HD Channel distortions that are getting worse. I've rebooted the receiver etc. and still the same thing. Like there's a drain on the cable and the signal needs to be boosted. All the connections are tight and secure.

Any suggestions?
