I was fortunate to check my email Dec. 7 after my free subscription ended Nov. 28. There was no way to unsubcribe online. I was not told that I had to call to have the free subscription removed. Luckily it only cost me ten days of the $62. A honorable business practice would be to notify the customer when a free subscription ends with instructions for unsubscribing. Just 21 more months and I will be free again. I will be using an antenae and firestick or the best delivery method available at the time.
