For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, Ever since we were switched to, I don't receive emails from my account. I do get them to my fone. When t change was made and discovered the error, I contacted an att internet tech. That person never was able to resolve my problem. I did not pursue the matter just not to be on the fone with att for over an hour everytime I call them. Each time to no avail. Here I am again giving att the benefit of the doubt that this will be resolved. I only subscribe to the internet and ready to do research on other internet providers.

Also, I can't get into my settings. Something is terribly wrong with att. I'm not a happy camper.

Fix my problem - PLEASE!!!
