Bill increase and horrible customer service! - DirecTV

I only have Uverse 200 with AT&T and because that's our only service with them, our bill isn't that much. However, over the short contracted period that we've used them, I've noticed that our bill has slowly been increasing without any requested changes on my part. So, I finally called yesterday and questioned this last increase of $3. The rep's response was "well it's only $3"! When I replied how disappointing it was that this was his response instead of looking into why it increased... he hung up on me!
Un-flippin-believable!!
