Bill Payment Harassment - DirecTV DVR

For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, Bill Payment Harassment PAYMENT IS DUE on 10/17/2016!

I received a email yesterday, 10/13, telling me that my payment has not been received as of this day and that I should make a payment ASAP or call and make payment arrangements. Today I received a recorded message to the same effect.

I called the billing department and the script reader doesn't know anything about this or who would have originated these messages. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no one was available as usual. I asked to have a supervisor return my call and was told "We are too busy to return calls at this time".

I don't need this B_ at this time as we are trying to get things back together after suffering damage from Hurricane Matthew.

I have been a customer of ATT since 1973 and UV since 2010. This is a good reason to leave ATT and not look back.
