Billing issues - DirecTV

I pay my bill electronically, i always have, my payment was sent but i am showing past due. I have made multiple phones calls, my bank has faxed twice, proof of electronic payment being sent, I waited on the phone while and At & T custormer service rep called my bank an verified the electronic payment was sent, the rep told me she would get me account credited and call me back within the hour, i never received that phone call.

What can i do to get this resolved?
