I will be contacting a lawyer in regards to this account along with the AT&T one since y'all are suppose to be together. I have been lied to. Made payments twice and still never received a credit for. Over charged for movie channels I requested to be off several times. The fact that I have been lied to several times and been told my account was up to date with the credits I was owed is horrible. If my internet and tv is not back on I will make sure my lawyer takes this further.
