Billing Never Correct - DirecTV DVR

For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, Billing Never Correct WHEN Plan signed up for 1 year they always have some excuse to start it over in 6 months and rob you wit high cost. No wonder people are buying fire sticks. I just get sick of being lied to and they will never state when your contract is up so you can know they lied to you even tho they claim to tape everything they never have those conversations. Very upsetting.

Hello,
Billing is done on the basis of your usages not by DirecTv side ,
So i suggest you please have a contact with DirecTv and they will assist you in this regards
Dont post here you are not going to get help
