Black Screen with "Please Wait...." message - Time Warner TV

This question is about "Black Screen with "Please Wait...." message", with Time Warner Cable TV and apps. Cable box 4742HDC2


1: Black screen with "Please wait..." message

Message does not go away most of the times. Takes hours

2: Pixelazation and stutter/loss of sound on some of the channels (6 etc)

Signal loss and pixelazation and loss of sound or broken

I have 2 of the same boxes in two diffrent rooms

1 box exhibits this issue "ALL" of the time however the other box has none of these symptoms

What is the solution?

Do I need to have this box swapped? Getting annoyed with the issue
