Brand new install, worked for 1 hour and now getting 775 error - DirecTV

I have a direct connected DVR via COAX. I have a wireless bridge with 3 Genie's. It worked fine when the techs were here but now none of them can get a signal including the wired DVR. I have not touched any of the connections and everything looks good. I do not seem to have a Swim switch either. I have rebooted everthing several times. Been on hold for Support for 45 minutes already with no human yet to be found!?!?!?! VERY frustrating for a NEW customer!?!?!
