Browser logs me off when directed to xfinity on demand. - XFinity

When I try to connect to xfinity on-demand the browser logs me off. I have tried in multiple browsers (firefox & chrome) and restarted my computer. It worked prior to the updates xfinity did to their website, unsure what my next steps to fix are. The customer service has not been very helpful thus far.

I even reinstalled firefox/chrome to see if that would help to no avail.
