Hello,
I recently got a new smart tv, when I upgraded my tv my cables picutre has been in purple and there is no sound. I have checked all my tv settings to make sure all are correct and I also checked all my cable pulgs to make sure they were properly installed. My problem has not been fixed. How can I fix these issues.
Also my WiFi has been in and out lately how can I get that fixed also
