Is there a website that has comprehensive listings of services available for different cities and states? I'm looking for cable TV service in my area (Toledo, OH).

broadbandreports.com used to have a comprehensive ISP search under "find service" which listed cable and phone companies.

From the looks of it, Toledo is served by Buckeye cable and possibly Comcast.
