Can’t log in, stuck on my account screen - XFinity

I recently moved apartments and I tried to log into my account on the app. When I open the app all I get is a screen showing my accounts with my old account being the only option I can pick. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it multiple times so I could get the original sign up or log in page but I keep getting the my accounts screen. Please help because no I cannot use the app to reset my router or check my internet speed.
