Can’t rewind or pause live tv...



Recently started having a problem with rewinding or pausing live tv on all my set-top boxes. The error is “this set-top box doesn’t support it.” After I restart the box, it works temporarily then won’t work. When I try to check my signal strength I get the error “unfortunately, we can not detect your signal strength at this time. Please try again later.” What can I do to fix all these issues? Thank you
