Cancelled due to "programming update" problem - DirecTV

I have a HR-44. In the past week I've had at least five programs that did not record when they should have. In the history it says they were cancelled due to a "programming update." Three of them are setup as a series program on the same channel. Two were set to record by pressing the record button in the guide on different channels. I know for a fact that three of the programs were broadcast as scheduled so there were no changes to the programming.

Anyone else having this problem?

I've been with DTV for many years and this is not the first time this has happened but in the past it was only sporadically. At least five times in a week is not sporadic and has become an annoyance. DTV support says they are unfamiliar with this problem.
