Cancelling ATT Uverse and Internet - DirecTV

I called on Friday to see if there was anything customer retention could do to keep me another year but the rep was less than helpful. He's saying he can't give me anything less than 133 before taxes for Internet 75 and U200. I told him I was even to go down on my internet and he's like nope, sorry to hear that you will be cancelling with us. My contract officially ended and feel very disappointed that he didn't do more to keep me as a customer. He was snarky and a little rude in how he said we now own timewarner as well, so they aren't really the competition anymore. I'll be spreading the word at work and with family/friends to stay away from att because they dont care to retain their existing customers.
