Cannot accept terms of Voice2go - XFinity

  1. Every time I check the "Accept terms and conditions" and hit continue, I get this error message after several seconds "We are unable to process your request. Try again later or click on Live Chat below". When I click on Live Chat it goes to an error page. This has been going for 3 days.
    I have updated to the latest version of the app
  2. Without this, I cannot use any of the voice features!!
