Cannot access "My Account" - XFinity

I am the primary user on my account. I haven't attempted to access "My Account" in the past several months but have a need to manage users / emails at this time. When signed in and clicking on "My Account", I am presented with a completely blank screen. The URL of the page reads "". There are no images or text of any kind on the screen. Is this a known issue with Xfinity/Comcast or is there something I need to do on my end to get into my account?
