Cannot communicate with Direct TV employees - DirecTV

I have tried on several occassions to communicate with the Driect TV customer service representatives regarding ordering pay per view. I cannot understand what they are saying. They are not english as a first language. I have to constantly ask them to repeat themselves. I get so frustrated that I eventually just tell them to never mind the pay per view and hang up. I never had this issue before AT&T became part of Direct TV. I am now ready to cancel my Direct TV and go to Dish. And just so Direct TV knows (like they really give a care) I have 10 boxes that all have preminum channel packages.
