Cannot login into MyAccount App in iPhone after January update - XFinity

The login page appears and I do not get an error message, but it just stays there and it does not let me login. I already tried deleting app, rebooting and reinstalling app. It did not help. I also tried deleting Safari cookies since login happens through Safari but it did not help either. The app is very useful for troubleshooting and managing my data quota so I want it back. Any idea what can be done to fix this issue? It seems to be device specific because the app still works in my iPad.
