Cannot login to the mobile app - XFinity

Any time I try to sign into the xfinity my account mobile app it shows a storm cloud with a yellow circle around it saying "You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details". Whenever I click "try again", nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that hasn't helped. I'm able to log in online. Has anybody else had this issue?
