Can't Connect to Mobile DVR - DirecTV

This question is about "Can't Connect to Mobile DVR", with DirecTV channels, programming, equipment, and sports. I have not been able to register either my phone or tablet for the Mobile DVR service. I have tried many things to correct this issue as well as spending over two hours on the phone with DirecTv support. Something I noticed is that the IP address on my DVR and the IP address listed in my router for the DVR are not the same. The last digit is off by one. I tried to match them in the app and in the DVR settings to no avail. I do not know what else to try as I have been working on this issue for a couple of weeks now. Does anyone have any ideas?
