Can't play shows purchased on streaming app - XFinity

I purchased a season of a show. It shows up in my purchases, but when I click on an episode to watch all I get is a dialogue box for buying the show. If I click on purchase, it tells me I have already purchased it, but there is no way to play it. I was able to watch an episode when I first made the purchase but not afterwords.
