Can't use app without error messages constantly popping up. - XFinity

When I try and use this app to pay my bill, check an outage, etc. I am greeted with an error message.
"Looks like something went wrong"
Every single time I try to do anything.
This has been the case through multiple updates and signout/ins. I am on an s20 ultra, so it's by no means an old phone with some kind of internal bug causing this. Please help.
