One-time major leaguers scheduled to appear are Mike Piazza, the always colorful Rickey Henderson, and the famous handlebar mustached king of the 70s, Rollie Fingers who got his start with the Oakland Athletics. Also set are Dwight Gooden, Darryl Strawberry, Bernie Williams, John Franco, Fred Lynn, Ozzie Smith, Andre Dawson, and Frank Thomas.

The day before on the 13th, another field of baseball greats will participate in the All-Star 5K & Fun Run.
