Changed Plan - DirecTV

I recently got my bill for my service and it was double what it should be so i called and they say i changed my plan and it was exactly the same plan just not a promotional price. They say they fixed it and i would only have to pay my promotional price like i had but will have to call again because it shows the doubled price still. I would like to have a number to speak with someone in the US and not an overseas call center but have no idea how.
