Over the past week, increasing numbers of channels on our HD box have started to pixelate and freeze. When I go onto my xfinity account it says it can't find the box, even though it is clearly on.
I have checked the connections, restated multiple times, and tried to chat function with the bot and someone named Innocent. They said they did a system refresh, that helped for a day.
Is my box going bad, or is the connection outside going bad (we've had that issue last year. Squirrels)? It would be great to get a solution better than turn it off and on again.
