How do I file a formal complaint? I have had the most stressful, unproffesional experience I have ever been involoved with in regards to my MOVE of DTV service from one home to a new home. I was double charged the installation for the move and then was told that I could add a 5th Mini Genie receiver and billed for that - which come to find out when the installer got to my home, NOPE cannot watch 5 tv's at once and I should have been told that. I have a list of different reps and some who called themselves supervisors who literally were the most inept people I have ever had the misfortune of speaking too.
