Connection dropping same time every night - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "Connection dropping same time every night", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. This has been an ongoing daily problem for only about a month now. We've had service for several years with no issues until now. I have an older ARRIS (502G) Modem provided by TWC/Spectrum. It's always just around 8pm every day. Our typical 100-150mbps goes down to a measly 20 and we're unable to do anything online at all. Spectrum is sending out a new modem this week but was hoping someone might have some insight prior to installing the new one.

Any ideas?
