Connection issues - Time Warner Internet

#1
This question is about "Connection issues", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. I have been having connection issues for a few months now and i can't seem to figure out the issue. It's completely random too and only last for maybe 30 seconds at a time. I lag in games, streaming services will stop and buffer and it happens on all of my devices wired or wireless. I thought it was maybe my router going but i'm starting to think it's something else. Here are my signals on my modem if anyone can take a look and let me know if they see anything it would be much appreciated. Something i thought i should mention i get really bad bufferbloat if i don't set up Qos on my router (AC68U) which is running Asuswrt-Merlin. Modem is a Motorola SB6183 that's maybe a year and a half half old. The modem was last rebooted 19 days ago do you think i have a high number of uncorrectables for such a short period of time? I used to have TV service until I switched to online only so there are a few cables unhooked. There is a cable running from the outside terminal up to the bedroom unhooked. There is a cable running from the outside terminal to a signal booster in the basement that then runs back outside and up to another room that used to have DVR. Then there is one more cable that runs from the outside terminal into the basement up to the living room that splits into 3 lines. One goes to the modem from spectrum for phone service. One goes to our modem we own for internet. And the last one used to be hooked up to a DVR until we switched to online only. The splitter is a 3 way and a tech told me it would fine to leave the cable unhooked with the 3 way splitter. Thanks
