Constant Modem Resets - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "Constant Modem Resets", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. Hello I have had multiple technicians out to the house and I have had no luck my modem has been resetting itself for about 4 months now at first it wasn't that much but its grown to 4 maybe 5 times a day. All of the cablings has been rewired with new wires and modem has been replaced. The technicians come out and say the signals excellent check the modem and whatnot but there hasn't been any change at all. The modem is still resetting itself. I've also tested may things including removing the splitter for the modem and doing a direct line, Resetting the Router to factory default to refresh signals also plugging it directly into a wall outlet. The modem just keeps doing it at random points of the day but there's always the same error codes nothing more or less.

Modem is a Techincolor TC8717T installed as of wednesday.
I'm completely stumped on what to do any help would be appreciated.

Constant Modem Resets?
