Constant screen freeze/signal lost - DirecTV

I have lived with the issue of ATT Uverse TV freezing then signal lost screen for 4 years now and want to know if this is a wide spread issue. I recently moved and for some reason the frequency of this issue has escalated. Multiple calls to ATT have not resolved this issue, including the last one 3 weeks ago when I was "guaranteed" this issue was resolved. Am I alone or are there others out there experiencing this same issue?
