Continuous "error pop-up" on mobile - DirecTV

On my phone I'm CONSTANTLY getting a message popping up telling me that "Unfortunately DirectTV has stopped" except I'm not even using it or logged into it. I have the notifications turned off for it also. I'm the only one getting it that's on our account. My husband and daughter aren't. Is anyone else? I'm asked if I'd like to report it. I did once, but I'm sure everyone knows how well that works!!!
