Converter Box broke, can I get more DTV Coupons?

My converter box has stopped it won't go to green. Can I get it replaced? Or can I receive more coupons?
This is the second time I had a converter box break.

That program ended several years ago. Actually, there are better devices available now that would not have even qualified under the old rules. They are quite reasonably priced.

Consider replacing your old TV with a new HDTV. Your old TV isn't going to last forever. New HDTV sets are inexpensive and energy efficient, like these: Inexpensive HDTV sets, 33 to 43 inches
