Converter box coupons

My mother is on social security and gets just over 500 a month to live on we requested the 40.00 coupon and finally got them about 6 months after requesting them they are already expired and she did not get them until January 2009 and they expired August 2008. :confused: What good is this stupid program? The goverment wants TV digital they should give out the boxes to those who need them.

If she still needs a coupon have her call 1-888-388-2009 and request replacement cards be sent to her. Enjoy DTV USA.
