Hi Skip, welcome to the forum,
Do you know the approximate date you ordered the converter coupons? Seems like most folks are receiving their coupons a month or two later than expected...

August 16 - 22, 2008 ------------ 9/12/2008
August 23 - 29, 2008 ------------ 9/19/2008
August 30 - September 5, 2008 ------------ 9/19/2008

I order mine when they first started advertising them. I never ever received any coupons and now when I try to do it again it says I have already done it. What can I do. I never got them. I have not moved or anything.

Call them up again and firmly remind them that they are employees of yours and your requesting service and if they can't deliver that service then they won't have a job in the near future. They will probably hang up on you so make sure you get the name and department of the person your talking to so you can call back and request to talk to their boss.
Remember the government issued these coupons to help people switch over to DTV, if the distribution center is giving you grief, feel free to heap some of that grief back on their plate.

Not sure if "firm" is a good idea with the coupon program people. It's hard enough even getting anyone on the phone that will talk to you in the first place, but I think if you're gong to call them, make sure you have all of the information in front of you that they need to know. The most important items are the coupon confirmation number you received when you applied, and the exact date you applied for the coupon.

Why is it taking so long to mail them out? Do they have to print them as each batch goes out. That sounds like a problem. What if someone does not want to do their job. Why no have them sent out weekly instead of a month later.
