Customer Service - DirecTV

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any business. No solution and continued lies. 1. Hoke phone service was added with my consent. 2. Adjustment to bill is supposed to be done in real time and mgmt says that adjustment would be done asap. I cannot make payment until adjustment has been done and now they say it won't be honored until I call back.
I have attorney working on this.
