Customer Service - DirecTV

I have had this service for 3 months- we are constantly losing connections and the customer service is horrible. I rarely speak to anyone I can clearly understand and they transfer you from department to department with long holds in between I am so unhappy with this service and look forward to when my contract is over!!! I will not recommend them to anyone ever!!
