Damage at set up - DirecTV

We just got our service set up with Direct TV month ago. And we complained that the guy who set everything up was nice. But left trash all over our yard AND when connecting the cords, ruined the siding of our house. It is literally falling the side and the underpending was pulled apart and broken. We called and complained the day that it happened and we were were told that somebody would contact us in a few days. We have heard nothing! It's been a month and nothing has been done yet. This needs to be resolved. Or paid to be fixed! Why have I not heard from anyone?
