Damage Claim - DirecTV

I had Direct TV installed at my new home in July, 2016. I've had a damage claim against the installation since that initial date and can't get it resolved. I"ve submitted all the forms with several pictures of the damage along with a quote from my contractor. I've spoken with numerous CS reps on the phone and have been "promised" by as many that this will be taken care of. I've also spoken with "managers" who have also "Promised" and still nothing. I've sent numerous emails to the 2 correspondants that gave me their addresses but no one will answer. I called again last week and God only knows where that call record sits today. Has anyone had a similar experience or any advice on how to proceed with my damage claim against Direct TV? Thanks in advance for any advice that you can give.
