ABC is ramping up for its 16th season of Dancing with the Stars, having announced the new cast during Good Morning America on February 26th. Along with the new round of celebrity dancers are three new professionals to help the stars along.

The biggest news may actually come from the pro not returning this season. The outspoken and controversial Maks Chmerkovskiy is not returning. He's been saying for a while that he was ready to try new things and apparently this is the season for it to happen. However, the exciting news is the multi-champion Derek Hough is back in the fold. For a while, that was not a sure thing.

While Bachelor/Bachelorette personality Emily Maynard had been rumored to be part of the show, she was not one of those in the final draw. Rather, hosts Tom Bergeron and recent cancer survivor Brooke Burke-Charvet will watch the following pairs when the show begins on March 18.

Wynonna Judd, who said it was time to do something different, with Tony Dovolani; D.L. Hughley with Cheryl Burke; footballer Jacoby Jones with Karina Smirnoff; reality player Lisa Vanderpump with newbie Gleb Savchenko; Andy Dick with another new dancer Sharna Burgess; boxer Victor Ortiz with the other new pro Lindsay Arnold; Zendaya Coleman from Disney's Shake It Up! with Val Chmerkovskiy, Maks' brother who has said Maks could return at any time to the show, asserting the split was amicable; gymnast Aly Raisman with Mark Ballas; Ingo Rademacher with Kym Johnson; Kellie Pickler with Derek Hough; and skater Dorothy Hamill with Tristan McManus.
