Deception by DirectTV Technician - DirecTV

The tecnician assigned to install the equipment on 11/18/16. Gave a complete false excuse on not being able to install another equipment because of trees. He did not say why he could not replace the existing equipment that has damagned my house. The one tree is over 100 years old and is in no way blocking the equipment as it did not when it was installed 18- 20 years ago. Eight of Direct TV's representatives called me on 11/25/16 to install the equipment. I just really want to who to file a formal complaint with so that my property can be repaired being that they do not want to change out the equipment that is there for this obvious reason? I have had a tree expert verify that the tree is over 100 years old and is in no way blocking the equipment as it was not as stated above.
