DECEPTIVE Pricing Advertisements - XFinity

I logged into my account in order to make some changes. A menu of special "offers" shows up, I spend a decent amount of time researching and deciding what would be the best fit for me. I clicked on the "Add to Cart" button a temporary screen pops up saying "getting your order ready" then reverts to the previous screen. Nowhere on the page does it allow me to access my "Cart". I try this several times, switching between pages trying to find the mysterious "Cart", was kicked out and had to log back in a few times. Begining to get frustrated. Viscous circle getting me nowhere!

I called the Customer Service line and chatted with a very friendly woman but she was unable to find the "offer" and everything I was quoted was at a significant increase of price than the "offer" on my Xfinity login. I took a screen shot of the "offer" which is "Choice TV Select Double Play +speed increase to Performance Pro+ $54.99/mo for 12 mosnths with 1-Year Agreement Includes $10/mo automatic payments and paperless billing discount for 12 months Up To 200 Mbps Downloads 10+ View Channels". I want to scream with frustration. Why quote a package you don't intend to honor and your Customer Service Agents cannot honor because they cannot find it in their system? Xfinity is not the only business in town. If Xfinity will not honor, I will price elsewhere as I am frustrated.
