Devices Paused Randomly - XFinity

I just replaced my router and needed to split my 5 Ghz Network and 2.4 GHz Network. When my non-smart devices connect to 5GHz network they state they are paused. When they connect to the 2.4 GHz network they work as expected. How do I allow my devices to connect to 5GHz network?
