Diagnostic Code 71-73-283 - DirecTV

The internet on one of my receivers is not working. I just hung up with a representative who said that my 2 receivers were working fine and sent out a new signal, to turn off my receiver and restart. I have been trying to order a movie. She istructed me on how to order a movie by text which I did. I go to the search, click on my movie and it will not allow me to watch my movie because it says I am not connected to the internet. I have restarted my modem, router, and have unplugged and replugged the internet to the directv box itself with no success. I run a system check and the above diagnostic code is what I get.
