Did not receive my rewards offered - DirecTV

We have been waiting to receive our 200$ rewards card as promised for ordering service. We were told it would take 4 to 6weeks. It did not it took a lot longer than that. We just recived it yesterday and it was for 50$. Very disappointed especially when we have been waiting for so long. We ordered u verse, Internet, phone and bought two cell phones and services. We have not missed a payment been on time and had a ton of problems with our account since we signed up. This would have been one perk to the service but instead what was told to us was not honored. Hope this will be corrected and Att lives up to it's offer.
