Direct Tv Scam Alert - DirecTV

I was cold called by a Direct TV employee telling me that for being such a loyal customer they were giving me some free channels. I specifically asked if this would change my bill to which she said no.

Next thing I know I have an email thanking me for contacting Direct TV and adding channels. I checked my bill and there is an extra charge. And here is the kick in the nuts, they charge you the same price for adding the service as to cancel the added service.

This screams class action especially if it was more than one employee doing it from directions from upper management. Its the only way I can see them adding a disconnect fee for premium channels that is the same price as adding them. SCAM.
