Direct TV took my money in 2 seconds and is going to take 2 weeks to give it back - D

I tried to pay a portion of my bill through the automated system. The system screwed up and took the entire amount due and now it is going to take them 2 weeks to give me my money back. The main problem i have with this is that when it occurred i was told it would be back in my account within 24 hours. So I was blatently lied to, and no one at Directv wants to do anything about it. I feel that since I was lied to I should be compensated with free TV for atleast a month but according to the 5 supervisors I talked to that cant happen.
