DirecTV Player not working for past 10 days... - DirecTV

When I try to load a TV program or movie online, the player loads, authenticated and the says "Sorry we ran into a problem. Please restart the video player". I called and they told me it was a 'known problem' and that they were working on it, but that was one week ago.

Does anyone have a solution for this? I rented a movie and could not watch it.
